End of Tenancy Cleaning

End of Tenancy cleaning in Cardiff is available 7 days a week.  We offer our customers a range of deep cleaning services all designed to leave your flat or home in pristine condition.  

 

We are available 7 days a week, which is designed to allow total flexibility if you are moving on and need our help.

 

A typical end of tenancy deep clean takes approximately 3-4 hours.  Our prices start at a very modest £125, however with all of our cleaning assignments, we will always assess the job and provide you with a written quote.  

 

Our customers ask us what process do we follow on our end of tenancy cleaning.

 

 Ideally the property will be empty, this allows to clean more thoroughly, if the property in furnished, that's no problem as we can move furniture and replace once cleaned.

 

If you have an inventory for the property, we will use this as our check list when cleaning, however do not worry if you do not have one.  

 

We wil clean all carpeted areas of the property, using our commercial grade cleaning equipmnt, wash and wipe down all white goods, clean kitchen units inside and out, remove lime scale from the bathroom, and ensure that the toilet, bath and shower are free of lime scale and returned to a showroom condition.

 

All flooring other than carpeted will also be cleaned, the only service we do not offer is washing down walls.  

Skirting boards will be washed down, and all windowsills and windows polished, we will even leave some fresh smelling scents free of charge.

If any outside areas are in need of a clean up, we will pressure wash paths and yard areas, remove any rubbish and generally tidy up the area.  For full details of how we can help please do get in touch, we are always happyo to discuss requirements.
